Terms of Service

Terms governing access to this self-hosted Stock Intelix instance: accounts, subscriptions, acceptable use, data rights, disclaimers and limitation of liability.

Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Integelynt Technologies LLC, trading as Stock Intelix ("Stock Intelix", "the Operator", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Stock Intelix software service (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you are contracting with Integelynt Technologies LLC. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Platform.

Seller: Integelynt Technologies LLC, a Wyoming (United States) limited liability company, trading as Stock Intelix. Registered address: 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: contact@stockintelix.com.

Product classification. Stock Intelix is subscription software (SaaS) for quantitative market intelligence, historical data analytics and statistical modelling, provided for general information, research and educational purposes. It is not a trading application: it does not execute or route trades, hold customer funds or securities, provide brokerage accounts, or issue personalised investment advice or trading signals.

No advice. All information on the Platform is general and educational only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

1. What the Platform is — and is not

The Platform is a quantitative research and information tool. It produces statistical estimates, probabilities, scenarios and narrative summaries about publicly listed securities.

The Platform is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, portfolio manager, financial planner, exchange or trading venue. It does not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, does not manage money, does not execute or route orders, and does not offer or solicit the purchase or sale of any security or financial product in any jurisdiction. No content constitutes a personal recommendation or an assessment of suitability or appropriateness for you.

The Operator is not necessarily registered or licensed as a financial services provider. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a regulated financial service. Where local law requires a licence for the activity you intend to carry out, obtaining it is your responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You may not use the Platform where doing so would breach the laws or regulations that apply to you, including sanctions, securities, market-abuse and data-protection rules. If you use the Platform for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any multi-factor device, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal; credentials must not be shared. Tell the Operator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. The Operator may suspend, lock or disable an account, or an organisation's subscription, where it reasonably suspects breach of these terms, non-payment, security risk, or where required by law.

4. Organisations, roles and administrators

Organisation accounts have an Organisation Owner who may invite, remove and assign roles to members and control shared settings and subscription actions. Where you join through an organisation, its Owner and administrators can view your workspace activity, manage your access and remove it at any time. Organisation customers are responsible for the conduct of their members.

5. Subscriptions, fees and trials

Paid plans give access to the software features described at the time of purchase, subject to the usage limits shown on your plan. Fees are payable in advance. Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee). Plan limits, features and pricing may change on reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. The Operator may suspend access for non-payment. Suspension or cancellation of a subscription immediately ends access for the affected users and may require re-authentication upon reactivation.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. The Platform does not collect, process or store payment card details: card information is entered directly into the payment provider's secure checkout and held by that provider under its own security programme. The Platform receives only the subscription status needed to activate your plan. Your bank or card issuer's terms also apply to the payment itself.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: bypass or attempt to bypass access controls, authentication or usage metering; scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content; redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish outputs as a data feed or derived product; use outputs to train or fine-tune competing models; reverse engineer the Platform or its models; interfere with availability or security; upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; or use the Platform to facilitate market abuse, insider dealing, market manipulation, money laundering or any other unlawful activity. Automated access is permitted only through interfaces the Operator explicitly provides, within stated limits.

7. Research output and AI-generated content

All forecasts, probabilities, ratings, scenarios, rankings, alerts and assistant answers are research output generated by statistical models and, in some cases, large language models. They are estimates under uncertainty, may be incomplete, outdated or factually wrong, and carry no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or future performance. Measured historical accuracy is published on the Platform and does not predict future results. You must independently verify any output before relying on it. See the Research disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

8. Market and third-party data

Market prices, news, macroeconomic series, corporate filings and event data are obtained from third-party sources and public providers. Such data is provided "as is", may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or withdrawn, and is not an official exchange record. The Operator is not the originator of this data and does not guarantee it. Exchange data entitlements, where applicable, are governed by the relevant exchange or vendor terms, which may impose additional conditions, reporting and fees; it is your responsibility to hold any entitlement your use requires. Third-party content remains the property of its owners.

9. Intellectual property and your content

The Platform software, models, methodology, design and branding are owned by their respective licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Platform for your internal research use during your subscription. You retain ownership of content you submit (for example watchlists, notes and prompts) and grant the Operator a licence to process it to operate, secure and improve the service. You may use outputs internally, including in internal reports, provided you do not present them as advice, remove disclaimers or redistribute them as a data product.

10. Privacy

The Operator processes personal data to provide the service, including account, authentication, usage-metering and audit records kept for security and compliance. Conversations with the assistants are stored against your account and may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. Do not submit confidential, inside or personal information about others that you are not entitled to share.

11. Availability and changes

The Platform is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis without any uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing. Features, models, coverage, data sources and limits may change, and the Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including for maintenance, security or legal reasons. The Operator may update these terms; material changes will be notified and continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, all data and all output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or reliance on its output, even if advised of the possibility. The Operator's total aggregate liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid the Operator for the Platform in that period, or zero if no fees were paid. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Platform, your redistribution of output or data, or your breach of third-party rights.

15. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time; refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. The Operator may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, suspected abuse, non-payment or legal requirement. Sections that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
