Privacy & cookie notice

How this self-hosted Stock Intelix instance collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, which cookies and local storage it uses, and the rights available to users.

Last updated: 26 October 2026. This notice explains how personal data is handled by Stock Intelix. It forms part of the Terms of Service and should be read with the Research Disclaimer.

1. Who is responsible

Integelynt Technologies LLC, trading as Stock Intelix ("Stock Intelix", "we", "us"), registered at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the data controller of personal data processed through the Platform: we decide why and how that data is used. Questions about this notice, or requests relating to your data, should be sent to contact@stockintelix.com.

2. What data is collected

  • Account data: email address, display name, organisation name and role, chosen plan, and account and subscription status.
  • Authentication data: password hashes managed by the hosting authentication service, multi-factor enrolment details, sign-in timestamps, and failed sign-in counts used for lockout.
  • Usage data: forecasts requested, securities and markets viewed, alerts and watchlists created, research and help-assistant conversations, and monthly usage counters used to enforce plan limits.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and approximate request time, recorded in server and audit logs for security and abuse prevention.
  • Audit data: administrative actions such as role changes, subscription suspension and reactivation, with the acting account and timestamp.

No payment card details are collected or stored on this platform. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record: card details are entered directly into the provider's secure checkout and processed under its own security programme (PCI DSS). The Platform only receives the subscription status needed to activate your plan, never your card number. No special-category data is requested, and you should not enter any into research or assistant conversations.

3. Why it is used and on what basis

  • To provide the service — creating your account, delivering forecasts, research and alerts (performance of a contract).
  • To secure the service — lockout, audit trail, abuse and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
  • To enforce plan limits and billing status — usage metering and subscription state (contract and legitimate interests).
  • To support you — answering help-assistant and support requests (contract and legitimate interests).
  • To meet legal obligations — where record-keeping or disclosure is required by law.

Personal data is not sold, rented, or used for behavioural advertising, and no advertising or cross-site tracking technology is embedded in the platform.

4. Cookies and local storage

This platform uses only what is needed to run. No advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies are set, which is why no consent banner is shown.

  • Authentication cookies and tokens — keep you signed in between page loads and allow protected requests to be verified. Strictly necessary; removing them signs you out.
  • Local storage — remembers interface preferences such as the selected market, security, horizon and theme, so the app opens where you left it.
  • Short-lived session values — used during sign-in, multi-factor verification and invitation acceptance.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings; doing so signs you out and resets interface preferences, but does not delete your account.

5. Processors and data sharing

Personal data is processed by the infrastructure providers that host this instance: the application and database hosting platform, the authentication and storage service attached to it, and the AI model provider used for research narration and the help assistant. Content you submit to an assistant is sent to that model provider for the purpose of generating a response. Paddle.com, as Merchant of Record, receives the data needed to sell your subscription, manage billing, process payments, handle tax compliance and issue invoices. Professional advisers (legal, accounting) may receive data where necessary. Market data sources receive only symbol and market queries, never personal data. Data is not otherwise disclosed except where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

6. International transfers

Hosting and model providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA or the UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

Account, subscription and audit records are kept for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, security and accounting needs. Research, assistant conversations, alerts and watchlists are kept until you delete them or the account is closed. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period. Market, macroeconomic and news data is not personal data and is retained indefinitely.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Requests can be sent to contact@stockintelix.com and are answered within one month; identity may need to be verified before a request is actioned.

9. Security

Access is protected by authentication, optional multi-factor verification, sign-in lockout, row-level database access rules that scope records to your account or organisation, and an append-only audit trail. No system is completely secure, and data is transmitted and stored at your own risk.

10. Children

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and accounts should not be created for or by children.

11. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as the platform evolves. The date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be highlighted in the application.
